Terms of Service
The agreement that powers your access platform
These terms explain how KwikPass works for your business, what we expect from every workspace, and how we protect each other while operating in regulated environments.
Effective 2 May 2024
Who can use KwikPass
- KwikPass is designed for registered businesses that manage access, memberships, or passes. By activating an account you confirm that you have authority to bind your organisation to these terms.
- You must maintain accurate account information, including a verified contact email, registered business details, and a default location that determines where we store related membership data.
Your account responsibilities
- Keep credentials private and restrict dashboard access to authorised team members. If you suspect unauthorised use, notify us immediately so we can help secure the workspace.
- You are responsible for the actions of anyone who uses KwikPass under your organisation, including contractors and staff using our mobile or web tools.
Subscriptions, fees, and renewals
- Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled from the dashboard at least 24 hours before renewal. Any usage-based charges (for example, additional locations or SMS sends) will be invoiced in arrears.
- All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorise us to charge the selected payment method for recurring and incidental fees.
Acceptable use
- Do not use KwikPass to violate applicable laws, infringe privacy, or harass members. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass security controls are prohibited.
- You must only upload content (such as documents, media, or contracts) that you have the right to share. We may remove content or suspend access that puts the platform or other customers at risk.
Data handling and confidentiality
- We process data in line with our Privacy Policy and regional data protection requirements. You remain the controller for member data that you provide to KwikPass.
- Each party must protect confidential information received from the other. This obligation remains in place for three years after the information is shared, unless a longer period is required by law.
Liability and dispute resolution
- KwikPass is provided on an “as-is” basis without implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid during the preceding twelve months.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations, and if necessary, binding arbitration seated in Lagos.

Email legal@getkwikpass.com with your request, including jurisdictional requirements and timelines. A member of the KwikPass legal team will respond within two business days.
If you are a member trying to resolve a dispute with a business, please contact that business directly or reach out via support channels.
