Design plans customers love, keep renewals smooth, and ensure billing issues are handled automatically and transparently.

Create and manage plans

  1. Go to Products and create plans (daily, weekly, monthly) with pricing.
  2. Set eligibility per branch, including student or corporate variants.
  3. Publish to your landing page for self-serve subscriptions.

Keep plan names and descriptions clear for customers at checkout.

Trials, grace periods, and renewals

  1. Configure trial days and post-expiry grace windows per plan.
  2. Auto-renew keeps access continuous; customers can pause or cancel anytime.
  3. Expired memberships lose access after the grace period unless renewed.

Renewal dates and badges appear on each customer card for clarity.

Discounts and coupons

  1. Create percentage or amount-based discounts tied to plans or branches.
  2. Share coupon codes during promotions to boost sign-ups.
  3. Monitor redemption in reporting to track performance.

Set sensible limits to prevent overly large discounts impacting revenue.

Failed payments and dunning

  1. Enable automated reminders for failed renewals and past-due invoices.
  2. Provide a simple path for customers to update payment details.
  3. Escalate unresolved failures to branch managers for personal follow-up.
