Manage your KwikPass subscriptions

This guide explains how to pause auto‑renew, cancel your subscription, renew again, and understand what the badges and dates mean in your customer portal.

Pause auto‑renew

  1. Open the customer portal.
  2. Find the business tile, then select Manage.
  3. Toggle Auto‑renew off. The card will show Auto‑renew paused and keep your access active until the Next renewal date.
  4. To resume earlier, toggle Auto‑renew on again. If a resume date was scheduled, auto‑renew will automatically turn back on that day.

Note: Pausing auto‑renew does not end your current access. You keep using your pass until it reaches the next renewal date.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Open customer portal and choose Manage.
  2. Select Manage billing to open the payment portal (Paystack).
  3. Choose Cancel subscription. Your subscription will be set to Auto‑renew off.
  4. You will continue to have access until the Next renewal date. After that, it will lapse automatically.

Tip: If you change your mind before the next renewal, you can resume auto‑renew or subscribe again at any time.

Renew your subscription

  1. Open the customer portal.
  2. If you paused or cancelled auto‑renew, toggle Auto‑renew on.
  3. If your pass already expired, choose a plan and complete payment to reactivate immediately.

Renewals follow your plan interval (daily, weekly, monthly). The Next renewal date on the card shows the exact day.

Permanent cancellation

To permanently end your membership, cancel in the payment portal and leave auto‑renew off. Your access remains active until the Next renewal date and then stops. If you require an immediate termination or a refund review, contact support.

Badges and dates explained

  • Active: Your membership is valid. If auto‑renew is off, you’ll also see Auto‑renew paused.
  • Pending payment: A recent renewal is awaiting confirmation or past‑due.
  • Expired: The Next renewal date has passed and access has ended.
  • Next renewal: The day your current access period ends; if auto‑renew is on, you’ll be charged for the next cycle.
